The Venezuelan cuisine is a good mix of European, African, Caribbean and South American food, based on local produce, prepared spicy, but simple. Look forward to delicious snacks, flame grilled Guasa-burgers and Venezuela’s favorite street food; Arepas.
Flush it down with cold organic beer from Royal Beer or juicy ciders from Bornholm Mosteri. You can also get a glass of fine wine or good bubbles from Juul's Vinhandel, who has put together a nice wine list for our garden. And if the night is really festive, the bar also offers plenty of tequila, Intoxikas’ delicious cocktails on tap, as well as Markus' liquorice and chili drinks he has home-brewed over the winter.

maize flour that is served on the side at every
meal in Venezuela. Served with grilled or braised
meat, pickled red onions, spices and guasacaca
- the Venezuelan guacamole.
Flame Grilled burger with crispy sweet
potato fries. Served in a butter-brioche with aged
cheddar, pickled red onion, tartar sauce and plenty of
guasacaca. The burger also comes in a vegetarian
version with a spicy vegetarian steak.
Purple corn tortilla chips, served with
aged cheddar and guasacaca on the side.
Quinoa salad with tropical fruits,
sweet potato, pickle and plenty of herbs.
